Settling in Dublin, they purchased 148 North Strand Road for a modest 4000 Irish pounds, initially running a popular chipper, a beloved fixture in the neighborhood. In 2010, the family decided to transform the space into a restaurant that reflected their roots. Da Mimmo was born, with the goal of showcasing the rich flavors of Italy and sharing them with Dubliners and visitors alike.
